We are doing a hell lot of activities like gymming and all to be in shape when we totally forget about the mental state which as necessary as physical state to lead a healthy life.


It is having utmost importance to control our feelings, thought, behavior, emotions to cope with life’s challenges. To live a healthy life it is required to stay fit with an indomitable spirit which means a good state of mind.


There are loads of ways to deal with the mental stress which will not take loads of time or a cost a fortune.
But it is important to notice your email thought pattern like what is making you anxious and how you are getting stress. It is important to notice your internal monologue.


Some of us hear voices, continuous chattering, songs that is on shuffle mode in our mind. So these are the stages that leave us in an mentally traumatic state.


So it is important to know how your nerves calm down.
Some tricks which works for me may be totally cold or blunder for you.


So make a checklist which would be your go-to ways to release your stress.


Making simple changes and taking baby steps without getting frustrated in between is a must to get rid of it.
So some practical steps which we must add in life are,

1- Talking about your feelings-


It is the simplest way you can go for when in trouble which can elevate your mind.

Most of us find it difficult to share our thoughts in a fear of getting judged and end up hurting our state of mind.

In that case maintaining a diary to write down whenever you are down is helpful.

2- Eating well and drinking a lot of water helps. As our body needs proper nutrients to function.

Staying hydrated all the time works like miracle.


3- Boosting your self confidence and self-esteem.
Never plant the seed of self doubt in your soul.

4-Learn something new to make yourself good at skills.


5- Accepting your flaws.


Accepting yourself the way you are is the way to boost confidence and the easiest way to feel good about yourself.

It helps you develop a self-esteem which further tackles with the difficult turns in life.


6- Ask for help when needed.


We all face difficulties in our day to day life and get overwhelmed when things don’t go according to our plan.

When things go too unbearable to handle asking for help is the only way out.


7- Expressing gratitude to accept others as they are by bringing smile everyone’s face will grant you a satisfying life.

Staying in present and doing things right away by not wrapping up for future is the best way to calm your nerves.

जीवन की चुनौतियों का सामना करने के लिए हमारी भावनाओं, विचार, व्यवहार, भावनाओं को नियंत्रित करना अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। स्वस्थ जीवन जीने के लिए एक अदम्य भावना के साथ फिट रहना आवश्यक है जिसका अर्थ है मन की अच्छी स्थिति।


मानसिक तनाव से निपटने के तरीकों के भार हैं जो समय के भार या भाग्य के भार को नहीं लेंगे।

लेकिन अपने ईमेल विचार पैटर्न को नोटिस करना महत्वपूर्ण है जैसे कि आपको क्या चिंता है और आपको तनाव कैसे हो रहा है। अपने आंतरिक एकालाप को नोटिस करना महत्वपूर्ण है।

उस स्थिति में जब भी आप मददगार हों, तब लिखने के लिए एक डायरी बनाए रखना मददगार होता है।

2- अच्छी तरह से भोजन करना और ढेर सारा पानी पीने से मदद मिलती है। जैसा कि हमारे शरीर को कार्य करने के लिए उचित पोषक तत्वों की आवश्यकता होती है।

हर समय हाइड्रेटेड रहना चमत्कार की तरह काम करता है।
3- अपने आत्मविश्वास और आत्मसम्मान को बढ़ाना।
अपनी आत्मा में आत्म संदेह का बीज कभी न लगाएं।

4-कौशल में खुद को अच्छा बनाने के लिए कुछ नया सीखें।


5- अपनी खामियों को स्वीकार करना।
अपने आप को स्वीकार करने का तरीका आप आत्मविश्वास बढ़ाने का तरीका है और अपने बारे में अच्छा महसूस करने का सबसे आसान तरीका है।

यह आपको एक आत्म-सम्मान विकसित करने में मदद करता है जो जीवन में आने वाले कठिन मोड़ से निपटता है।
6- जरूरत पड़ने पर मदद मांगें।


हम सभी अपने दैनिक जीवन में कठिनाइयों का सामना करते हैं और जब हमारी योजना के अनुसार चीजें नहीं चलती हैं तो हम अभिभूत हो जाते हैं।

जब चीजें मदद के लिए पूछने के लिए बहुत असहनीय हो जाती हैं तो बाहर निकलने का एकमात्र तरीका है।

svaasthy ke baare mein baat karate samay ek achchhee shaareerik sthiti har kisee kee pasand hotee hai. ham jiming aur sabhee aakaar mein hone ke lie bahut saaree gatividhiyaan kar rahe hain,

jab ham maanasik sthiti ke baare mein pooree tarah se bhool jaate hain jo svasth jeevan jeene ke lie shaareerik sthiti ke roop mein aavashyak hai.


jeevan kee chunautiyon ka saamana karane ke lie hamaaree bhaavanaon, vichaar, vyavahaar, bhaavanaon ko niyantrit karana atyant mahatvapoorn hai. svasth jeevan jeene ke lie ek adamy bhaavana ke saath phit rahana aavashyak hai jisaka arth hai man kee achchhee sthiti.
maanasik tanaav se nipatane ke tareekon ke bhaar hain jo samay ke bhaar ya bhaagy ke bhaar ko nahin lenge.
lekin apane eemel vichaar paitarn ko notis karana mahatvapoorn hai jaise ki aapako kya chinta hai aur aapako tanaav kaise ho raha hai. apane aantarik ekaalaap ko notis karana mahatvapoorn hai.
hamamen se kuchh logon ko aavaajen, nirantar gunagunaana, gaane sunana jo hamaare dimaag mein pherabadal mod par hai. to ye aise charan hain jo hamen maanasik roop se dardanaak sthiti mein chhod dete hain.


isalie yah jaanana mahatvapoorn hai ki aapakee nasen kaise shaant hotee hain.


kuchh tarakeeben jo mere lie kaam karatee hain, aapake lie pooree tarah se thandee ya dhundhalee ho sakatee hain.
isalie ek chekalist banaen, jo aapake tanaav ko door karane ke tareeke hain.


saadhaaran badalaav karana aur beech-beech mein bina niraash hue bachche ko kadam uthaana, isase chhutakaara paana jarooree hai.
to kuchh vyaavahaarik kadam jo hamen jeevan mein jodana chaahie,

1- apanee bhaavanaon ke baare mein baat karana


yah sabase saral tareeka hai jab aap pareshaanee mein pad sakate hain jo aapake dimaag ko ooncha kar sakata hai. hamamen se adhikaansh logon ko nyaay paane aur hamaare man kee sthiti ko chot pahunchaane ke dar se apane vichaaron ko saajha karana mushkil lagata hai.

us sthiti mein jab bhee aap madadagaar hon, tab likhane ke lie ek daayaree banae rakhana madadagaar hota hai.

2- achchhee tarah se bhojan karana aur dher saara paanee peene se madad milatee hai. jaisa ki hamaare shareer ko kaary karane ke lie uchit poshak tatvon kee aavashyakata hotee hai.

har samay haidreted rahana chamatkaar kee tarah kaam karata hai.


3- apane aatmavishvaas aur aatmasammaan ko badhaana.
apanee aatma mein aatm sandeh ka beej kabhee na lagaen.

4-kaushal mein khud ko achchha banaane ke lie kuchh naya seekhen.


5- apanee khaamiyon ko sveekaar karana.
apane aap ko sveekaar karane ka tareeka aap aatmavishvaas badhaane ka tareeka hai aur apane baare mein achchha mahasoos karane ka sabase aasaan tareeka hai.

yah aapako ek aatm-sammaan vikasit karane mein madad karata hai jo jeevan mein aane vaale kathin mod se nipatata hai.


6- jaroorat padane par madad maangen.
ham sabhee apane dainik jeevan mein kathinaiyon ka saamana karate hain aur jab hamaaree yojana ke anusaar cheejen nahin chalatee hain to ham abhibhoot ho jaate hain.

jab cheejen madad ke lie poochhane ke lie bahut asahaneey ho jaatee hain to baahar nikalane ka ekamaatr tareeka hai.


7- doosaron ko sveekaar karane ke lie aabhaar vyakt karana kyonki ve muskuraahat laate hain har kisee ka chehara aapako ek santusht jeevan pradaan karega.

vartamaan mein bane rahana aur bhavishy ke lie nahin lapetakar turant cheejon ko karana aapakee nason ko shaant karane ka sabase achchha tareeka hai.


isalie svasth rahen aur dhyaan rakhen.
